| Description | The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lovena Limited, will inject an additional capital of UAH490,000 (equivalent to USD59,584), by way of cash into its wholly-owned subsidiary, FES UKR LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Ukraine. Upon completion, the total registered capital of FES UKR LLC will increase from UAH10,000 (equivalent to USD1,238) to UAH500,000 (equivalent to USD60,822). The above transaction will be funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.
