Resignation Of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms. Tan San-Ju as Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect on and from 22 October 2013.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms. Tan San-Ju for her contributions during her term as the Joint Company Secretary of the Company and wishes her success in the future.

Subsequent to the above resignation, Mr. Tan Cher Liang will remain as the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
