Annual Report For Financial Year Ended 31 December 2002 - Additional Information

Further to the issue of the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2002, the Board of Directors wishes to provide the following additional information as at 13 March 2003 pursuant to the Listing Rules of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST):

Listing Rules of SGX-ST

a) Rule 1207(9) (a)

As at 13 March 2003, the voting right attached to each ordinary share of the Company is one vote per ordinary share

b) Rule 1207 (9) (c)

The substantial shareholders as recorded in the Register of Substantial Shareholders as at 13 March 2003 are:

c) Rule 1207 (9) (e)

As at 13 March 2003, 29.45% of the Company's shares are held in the hands of public. Accordingly, the Company has complied with Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST which requires that at least 10% of the equity securities (excluding preference shares and convertible equity securities) in a class that is listed to be in the hands of the public.
