Appointment And Resignation Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Tan Cher Liang as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 July 2004 in place of Ms Yvonne Choo.
