Dissolution Of Klassno Foods Limited And Express Food & Beverages Limited

Further to the announcement made on 14 January 2008, the Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited wishes to announce that Klassno Foods Limited and Express Food & Beverages Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Future Enterprises Pte Ltd, have been dissolved by members' voluntary winding up.
