Changes In Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Koh Yew Hiap, a non-executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 4 May 2011.

Following the above, the Remuneration Committee of the Company comprises the following:
