Appointment And Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer

Further to the announcement on 12 September 2011 of the appointment of Mr. Fong Choon Seng and resignation of Mr. Lawrence Yeo as Chief Financial Officer, the Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that the Company and Mr. Lawrence Yeo has mutually agreed that his last day of service with the Company be brought forward to 7 October 2011.
