De-Registration Of Empire Food Joint Stock Corporation

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Future Enterprises Pte. Ltd., has withdrawn its 25% equity investment in Empire Food Joint Stock Corporation ("Empire Food") in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Empire Food has been de-registered.
