| Footnotes | Notice is hereby given that subject to shareholders' approval being obtained for the proposed first and final dividend of 0.35 cent per share tax exempt (one-tier), for the financial year ended 31 December 2008, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 8 May 2009 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd at 3 Church Street, #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483 up to 5:00p.m. on 7 May 2009 will be registered before entitlements to the proposed dividend are determined. The proposed dividend, if approved, will be paid on 28 May 2009. |
