Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the "Company") wish to announce that Mr. Lawrence Yeo has served notice of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company. The Company will announce his last day of service in due course.

The Company is in the process of searching for a suitable replacement and will make the necessary announcements in due course.

The Board wish to thank Mr. Yeo for his past contributions and extend its best wishes to him.
