Report Of Persons Occupying Managerial Positions Who Are Related To A Director, CEO Or Substantial Shareholder

Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual, Food Empire Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to confirm that there are no persons occupying managerial positions in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries who are relatives of a Director, CEO or Substantial Shareholder of the Company.
