Appointment Of Member Of Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Boon Yoon Chiang as a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr Boon is considered independent pursuant to Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
