Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited ("The Company") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 19th April 2007, all resolutions relating to matters as set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed.

Mdm Tan Guek Ming who is re-appointed a director at the AGM will remain as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and is not considered independent.

Mr Oon Peng Lim retired as Director of the Company on 19th April 2007 as he did not seek re-election.
